This is a lovely mix - it is attractive, with the various red and brown colours, and it packs an exciting, spicy punch. All the tastes come through cleanly - the Himalayan rock salt is clean and bright, the Aleppo chilli is fruity and hot and the Kampot pepper brings its unique salt-pepper spiciness to the mixture. There would be so many uses for this seasoning.
We are sampling this on sweet cherry tomatoes, arguably a sound foil for this powerful mix. There's no doubting the fresh pungency of the pepper and chilli here. The aroma in the dish is certainly convincing.
