Our sleek grinders are made from stainless steel and glass. They also have a ceramic burr and are adjustable, so you can grind coarse, smooth, or anywhere in-between.

Left to ripen to red on the vine before being dried and processed, these peppercorns possess a subtle warmth and have a mellow yet bright flavour that is reminiscent of syrupy dates, honey, and flowers.

Kampot Pepper has been grown amongst the azure hills of steamy Southern Cambodia for hundreds of years. Thirteenth-century accounts by Chinese explorer Tchéou Ta Kouan even mention the highly-respected spice. Though production largely ceased under the brutal Khmer Rouge regime of the early 1970s, the Cambodian pepper industry has fought to regain its former glory. Recently, Kampot Pepper was granted

These are brightly aromatic peppercorns with a vivid heat, but also a pleasing layer of woody 'eau de cologne' notes on the finish.

These are well-formed, attractive, rich-coloured peppercorns with a clean, distinctive, fruity pepper aroma and a fruity bright flavour with a good level of heat.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Suggestion: Pair with poached pears or use as a topping for tender pork cutlets.
